Spices & Seasonings, Dip & Cheeseball Mixes (4)
Ingredients
1 packet Garden Vegetable Dip & Cheeseball Mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. Onion Garlic & Herb Seasoning
1 large or 2 small pre-baked pizza crusts
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped
1 small onion, thinly sliced
½ each red and yellow pepper, thinly sliced
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Mix Garden Vegetable Dip & Cheeseball Mix with sour cream and mayonnaise to make 2 cups of dip; you will only use 1 cup for pizza. Refrigerate dip for several hours or overnight. Dip will last refrigerated for several days.Preheat grill to medium-low heat or oven to 400°F. Spread 1 cup of dip on pizza crusts. Sprinkle with Onion Garlic & Herb Seasoning and top with chicken, vegetables and cheeses. Place pizzas on aluminum foil on grill or directly on oven racks. Grill or bake until cheese is melted, about 10-12 minutes. If grilling, watch crust and turn grill down if needed, so crust does not burn before cheese melts.
